Our general manager, Endre, invites you to an informal \u00abMat & Prat\u00bb session, where culinary joy, creativity, and togetherness are at the heart of it all. In 2006, Endre was named \"Chef of the Year\" by the Norwegian Chef Masters Association and brings extensive experience from kitchens both in Norway and abroad.<\/p>\n

Endre guides you through a fun and relaxed process, where he demonstrates techniques, shares stories, and inspires as he prepares selected parts of the meal. You'll get hands-on experience and be guided through the menu from start to finished dish \u2013 perhaps creating an appetizer or an exciting, flavorful element of the meal \u2013 all while laughter and good conversations fill the room.\n\nThe kitchen team then takes over to finalize the dishes, allowing you to sit back and enjoy a well-deserved break. Together with the kitchen, the dishes are plated and presented, leading to a delightful dining experience.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t
