At Biologen, yoga is practiced in magnificent natural surroundings right by the sea.<\/p>\n<p>I have been practicing yoga since 2009 and teaching since 2016. Teaching yoga is one of my greatest joys!<\/p>\n<p>I offer yoga classes where you can ground yourself, strengthen your body and mind, relax, embrace nature, and find your breath.<\/p>\n<p>The class is tailored to the group. What do you prefer? Choose between classic yoga, dynamic yoga, office yoga, or yin\/very gentle yoga.
